The breakfast each morning was impressive and satisfying.

I faced some challenges during my stay at Victory Gaestehaus. The check-in process was unnecessarily long and tedious, taking nearly half an hour to complete. I also found it disappointing to have to pay extra for kitchenware, which is typically provided in most kitchenette accommodations without additional fees.

Long check-in process. required filling out numerous forms by hand, which was frustrating after a long day. Lack of air conditioning and exposure to smoke from neighbors made it uncomfortable. Paying extra for cutlery and overpriced breakfast options felt off-putting, and the laundry room had a bad odor. The building is essentially a standard apartment block with no discounts for the spa, leaving some disappointment regarding expectations set by marketing materials.

I really liked the proximity to Therme Erding. it's just a short walk away, perfect for enjoying the spa. The breakfast each morning was impressive, with a nice variety including great bread options. The cleanliness of the room stood out, as did the friendly service from Valentin at the front desk, he was super helpful. However, I encountered some issues. There are extra fees for kitchen kits, which I found frustrating—most places provide this without charging additional. Also, the power outlets were confusing. they didn’t accommodate standard plugs easily, which made charging devices a hassle. Room space felt limited, particularly for a family—we struggled with balcony access due to the layout. A few improvements could make this a fantastic stay.

We enjoyed our stay in a clean apartment with quick access to the Therme. The continental breakfast offered fresh bread that we loved. While we had to pay for kitchenware, bringing my own made things easier. Be mindful of nearby smoking, though.

Just a stone's throw away from the incredible Therme Erding, it's easy to enjoy the 185 m² of spa world and unwind after a long day. The breakfast was incredibly rich, with a variety of delicious options to kickstart your day!

It was just a suitable option for a whistle-stop in Erding with very good value for money. The place was clean and surprisingly quiet, which allowed us to relax after a long travel day. Bring your own kitchenware if planning to cook. it makes things easier.

I stayed in the Apartment for 1 night, and I loved how clean everything was! The breakfast was really impressive with a variety of options that set me up for the day. The staff was super helpful. they even stored my luggage while I visited Therme. The only downside was the small room size, which felt a little cramped. Also, it was kind of annoying to have to pay extra for kitchenware. Overall, great stay for the price!

Wi-Fi was slow, but great location near the Therme and helpful staff made up for it.
